About YAF GHANA scholars program
The YAF Ghana Scholars Program identifies and supports promising young leaders, enabling them to gain full scholarships to study at top colleges and universities around the world. The program allows our scholars to pursue their educational goals and gain access to a supportive network of peers, mentors, and professional opportunities, fostering personal growth and leadership development.
YAF Ghana scholars come from low-income backgrounds and are able to have access to world-class education.
Our support goes beyond university admissions; we help our scholars navigate immigration processes and manage international travel logistics. Additionally, we connect our scholars with mentors and host families who provide further guidance and support throughout their educational journey.

Leaders shape the future. Through our Leadership and Personal Development pillar, we equip our scholars with essential leadership
skills and foster their personal growth. Through workshops, seminars, and community service initiatives, scholars develop vital skills such as public speaking, teamwork, and project management, preparing them to lead and inspire change in their communities and beyond.
