WHO WE ARE
Young Achievers Foundation Ghana (YAF Ghana) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to promoting youth development in Ghana through access to college education and professional development skills. Each year, we work with dozens of Ghanaian students to realize their leadership potential and prepare them for college, career, and community life. Our dynamic college access program, skill-building activities, and community engagement initiatives create opportunities for Ghana’s most promising youth to obtain global education and become a force for change in their communities.

OUR APPROACH
Education
We provide access to global education for
dozens of academically ambitious,
low- income Ghanaian high school graduates.
We emphasize college as a means to achieve economic equity and strengthen the fabric
of the most underserved
communities in Ghana.
Community Service
We introduce students to programs that
emphasize, enhance, and enrich their
community, social, and cultural awareness.
We work with youth and community leaders to engage in a wide range of community service projects across the country.
Career Development
We support Ghanaian youth to develop
21st century skills, training, networking,
and relevant experience that enable them
to build paths to career success. Our
